You can exclude certain employees from the Leave if required. There are 2 options to configure this:
1. Leave Setting
At Leave Management > Leave Setting, set your Target Rule that excludes the particular employee.

2. Employee Maintenance
- Go to Employee Management > Employee Maintenance.
- Select the employee and click Edit.
- Go to Additional Setting > Leave and enable Disable Leave.
- Click Update and Submit once done.
