Admin can manually add Replacement Leave Credit through the web portal, enabling employees to use this credit for replacement leave at a later date.
Go to Employee Management > Employee Maintenance.
Select the employee and click Edit icon.
Go to Leave and click Add Replacement Credit
At the pop-out screen:-
- Choose the Date and Session (Am/PM/Full Day)
- Duration will be calculated automatically
- Input the Reason for adding replacement leave
- Attached Supporting Document (if any)
- Click OK
* indicated mandatory field
Notes: No approval is required if the replacement credit is added via Web
After you add the replacement credit, you can check or view the Replacement Credit at Employee Management > Employee Maintenance. Select the employee and click the Edit icon.
Go to the Leave section to check if the Replacement Leave balance is updated. You can scroll to the bottom for the Replacement Credit breakdown and details.
