There may be occasions when Admin need to make adjustment on Leave manually.
To make adjustments on Leave via PeopleX Web Portal, navigate to Employee Management > Employee Maintenance.
Select the employee and click the edit icon.
Proceed to the Leave session and click Adjustment.
A pop-out box for Leave Adjustment will appeared.
- Click on the Leave Type to expand the drop-down list. Select the Leave Type to adjust.
- Current leave balance for the selected leave type will appear
- You can click on the Adjustment History to expand and show all adjustment history if required
- Next, choose the Adjustment Type – Addition or Reduction
- Input the Adjustment Value (number of days) and put in the Reason
- Check the Adjusted Balance is as per what you required
- Click OK
Note: Adjustment will be adjusting the EARNED column, and not the original ENTITLEMENT.
You can see the adjustment reflected under the column Adjustment. Click and expand Adjustment History for the history log if required.
If you need reports for Leave Adjustment, go to Reporting > Leave Report > Leave Adjustment Report. Input your desired criteria accordingly, if required. Click Reset to reset the criteria to the default status. You can Preview your report before generating it, ensuring that you have the right data and parameters before downloading the report by clicking the Export button.
