Team Setuo is not compulsory but if you need to assign shift by a group of employees / Team instead of individual, you may create a team in advance before planning or setting up the shift.
Go to Shift Management > Team Setup
- Team name, No. of Member & Status will be display in the listing.
- User can filter the record by entering the search text in the first row of the table.
- Click on Add Team button will navigate to Add Team screen.
- User can export the listing into Excel format.
- Click on Deactivate button will deactivate the team. The team will no longer able to select in any other screen.
- Click on Edit button will navigate user to Edit Team screen.
- Click on Delete button will delete the team. The system will validate whether the team is currently attached to any shift schedule. If yes, the system will block the user from deleting the team.
To add new Team, tap on the Add Team, and fill up the details.
Enter Team Code, Team name, remark and select the status
Next, click on “Add Employee” button, it will pop up a window to select employee and add them to the team. Click Save Once done.
You can click on Delete button to remove the employee from the team as well.
