If you prefer to assigned shift via Upload Template, you can do it at Shift Management > Import Shift
Click Download Template button to download the Excel Template for import shift.
Open the downloaded excel file and fill up the information. Save the file once done.
Click on Import button. Click browse to select the updated file to import.
Select Auto Publish, Notify Employee via Push Notification and/or Notify Employee via Email. Auto Publish check box must be ticked to enable the notification options. Click Import once done.
Once import done, the details and status will be displayed.
System will validate the following rule when user click on Import button:
- All compulsory fields must be filled in.
- Branch Name must exist in the system.
- Shift # must exist in the system and according to the branch’s shift template setup.
- Start time & End time must be according to the branch’s shift template setup.
- Assigned By column can only have the value of either Employee or Team.
- Employee code & Team Name must exist in the system.
- The import shift schedule cannot be overlapped with existing shift schedule.
- Assignment by Employee – if the employee is on leave on selected date. System will proceed to import the record with a warning message.
- Assignment by Team – if one of the team members is on leave on selected date. System will proceed to import the record with a warning message.
If there is any validation failed, the error message will be shown in the status column and highlighted in Red.
If there is any record imported with warning, the warning message will be shown in the status column and highlighted in Yellow.
If there is no error & warning on the record, the system will show “Import Successfully” in the status column and highlighted in Green.
Click on Export button will export the records with Import Status to Excel file.
