You can set your preference for the Attendance Policy at Attendance Management.
At Attendance Policy, you will see the default attendance policy where you can deactivate, view, edit or delete accordingly.
Click Add Policy to add a new policy if required. Input the description and remarks for your new policy.
Clock In/ Out Policy
>> Select or enable the clock in/ out policy according to requirement.
Attendance View Policy
Select the attendance view by Reporting Line OR Whole Company. This will decide who can view the attendance from mobile app
Once done, go to Target Rule to set the rules to indicate the target or who will be subject to this policy.
By default target rules is empty which means that the setting will be applicable to all employees.
If you need to have a setting that is only applicable to a specific group of employees:-
- Click Add Criteria
- Select your option from the drop-down list of the Criteria Key.
- Once you selected the criteria, a pop-out menu will display the available selections based on the criteria specified. Select the relevant option and click OK.
- If you need to add more than one criteria, click Add Criteria and repeat the above steps.
- Click the Preview button to check the rules.
- Click Save once done.
