If your company practices scheduled Work From Home (WFH), PeopleX's WFH Management enables you to easily schedule WFH for your employees.
Adding a WFH Schedule
- In the menu, locate Attendance Management - Work From Home Management,
- Click on Add Schedule. Fill in the details for WFH schedule such as the code, Name, effective date and remarks.
- Select the WFH day(s) in the Schedule.
- You can specify specific dates to be included in the WFH schedule, if needed, under Special Day.
- Set your Target Rule for this WFH schedule to indicate who the schedule applies to. If no rule is set, it will apply to all.
- To setup the Target Rule (Optional) :
- Click Add Criteria and select the Criteria Key from the drop-down menu. Select the relevant Value and click OK. By default the condition is set to In where you can change if not relevant.
- If you need more than one criteria, click Add Criteria and repeat the above step.
- Click Preview button to check the rules.
- At Cancellation, decide whether to allow auto-approval for WFH cancellations.
- If auto-approve is disabled and approval is required for cancellation, the system will follow the workflow rules set up for WFH.
- Click on Workflow Setup to access detailed workflow settings if necessary.
- Click Save to finalized the setting.
