To Add, view, edit or delete the attendance log
Go to Attendance Management – Clock In/ Out Entries.
This will show all the records of your attendance including unrecognized Face if you are using the Kiosk Mode.
Select the Date Range that you want to view and click Submit
Click Add Entry to add new attendance record.
- Select Employee, Entry Type, Date and Time
- Type the address or select from the suggestion. The latitude and Longitude will be automatically entered based on selected address. You can click the map to double check the location as well.
- Select Cost Center if necessary.
- Click “+” button to upload an image
If you need to edit the attendance record, click Edit button to view the attendance record and edit the respective info accordingly.
