Timesheet that increase attendance visibility
Go to Attendance Management > Employee Timesheet
To View the Employee Timesheet, Select Employee and Date.
Click Generate button
You may adjust the Attendance and Approved Overtime record from here as well.
Attendance Record
Click Details link, Pop-up of Timesheet Details - Clock in/out Entries will appear.
- Edit the Time if required
- Click Add button to add new clock in/out entries
- Click on image to add/change selfie photo (if required)
- Select Attendance Type (Clock in/ out), Date, Time and enter the Adjustment Reason
- Click Trash icon to delete attendance entry (if required)
- Click Save to complete your adjustment
Click Adjustment History to view the historical log of changes made.
Overtime Record
Click Overtime Details to view or adjust the Approved Overtime record if necessary.
Note: Adjustment is only allowed for Request with status Approved.
- Edit the Approved OT record (OT Category, approved OT) if necessary.
- Click Add OT button to add new OT entries (if required), complete the OT category and number of hours
- Enter the Adjustment Reason
- Click Save to complete your adjustment
Click Adjustment History to view the historical log of changes made.
