Yes, PeopleX are able to prorate the leave entitlement according to both joining date and leaving date.
Go to Leave Management >Leave Setting > Annual Leave.
Ensure that the policy Prorate by Joining Date / Leaving Date is enabled.
Next go to Employee Management > Official Info. Enter the Exit Date and click Update.
Go to Leave section. You will see that the leave entitlement is now prorated according to the exit date.
You can also view the computation details by clicking the leave entitlement.
