What should I do if my account is locked?

Stop all login attempts and contact your HR Admin to unlock the account and also reset the password for you if needed. You will receive a password to login. At first login, system will require you to create a new secure password to ensures account security.

🔐 To prevent account being lock,  avoid too many failed login attempts (e.g., wrong password), always use the Password Reset method, if forget password. Click here to refer to our password reset guide.
