What are PeopleX's data retention policies and how long will the data be retained? – PeopleX Help Center

Data related to active customers will be retained for a period of 7 years from the year of customer activation.
Data related to active customers will be securely stored in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and industry best practices.
Customers who have terminated their subscription with PeopleX will no longer be considered active customers, and their data will no longer be retained by PeopleX.
Please note that once an account is deleted, it cannot be reversed. Customers are encouraged to download a copy of their data before cancelling their subscription or during the termination notice period.
PeopleX will not be responsible for any data that is not downloaded or otherwise obtained by the customer before the termination of their subscription.
Please also take note that the image capture for attendance, specifically the selfie, will be retained for 2 years only, while the attendance record itself will be preserved for 7 years.
For live tracking purposes, recorded tracking routes will be retained for 1 month.
