Can i attached excel or word file as supporting documents in PeopleX claim module?

YES, other than an image file or PDF document, you may attached excel or word file as supporting document as well. 

Once the supporting document is uploaded, all the attachment can also be extracted via Reporting > Claim Report (Zip File). 

Select the filter accordingly and click Export.

The report will be generated automatically, grouped by COMPANY \ BRANCH \ Employee Code_Claim Number_Claim Creation Date Time, which contains the following:

• PDF summary report (same report generated at Claim Report* ) 
• A zip file which contains all the original attachments

Note: * If the supporting documents in word format, it will not appeared in the PDF Summary even though the option to include supporting documents is checked. This is due to PDF does not support the format.
