Go to Leave Management >Leave Setting at PeopleX Web Portal to setup the Unpaid Leave.
1. Click Add Leave
2. Input the details accordingly
- Code : Enter the Leave Code (Do not input space).
- Name : Enter the Leave Name
- Type : Select Unpaid
- Parent Leave Type: Ignore this for Unpaid Leave. Only select is required to tag to a parent-category.
- Sequence no & Color : Indicate how the Leave Category appeared in your mobile app.
- Description: Enter a proper description for reference in the listing screen
- Is Replacement : Do not Activate if this for Unpaid Leave
- Continue to select the unpaid leave policy according to company policy.
- Don't forget to Allow Excess/Extra Leave. (In normal circumstances, there's no entitlement for UL, hence you need to allow excess)
- Enter the Maximum Excess if Company policy has a quota for Unpaid Leave
3. Go to Entitlement to continue defining the leave entitlement for automation. Click Add Entitlement.
4. Input '0' to Entitlement and Set Target Rule. Set your target rule if UL is only applicable to certain group of employee. If all employee can apply for Unpaid Leave, ignore the target rule setting.
5. Click Update and Submit once done
