Virtual Business Card Creation – PeopleX Help Center

To create a virtual business card, setup the business card at System Setup > Business Card Template

You will see list of template created, click view for details or edit to amend accordingly if required. You may also deactivate or delete the template.

Tip: You may also duplicate an existing business card template and edit accordingly. Click Edit and Duplicate.

Click Add Template to create a new business card template. Input the Template Name and select Language.

Customize the Business Card

Step 1: Background

Upload the background image or select the background color for Front and Back. You can enter the color HEX code or select from the color palette at the bottom.

Step 2: Front Design

Customize the front design of your business card. Just drag and drop the required fields from employee standard fields or custom fields. Custom field is linked to employee details maintained under Employee maintenance > Business Card > Custom Field where you can maintain and set the display name, designation or any other information required.

Tip: You can utilize these to create name card in other languages as well.

You can even Upload Image or Add Text if necessary.

You may edit the font, font size, font weight or color as well.

Step 3: Back Design

Go to Back Design to continue the customization of your business card.

All steps are same as Step 2.

Step 4: Target Rule

Finally, set your Target Rule to indicate the target or who required this business card.

By default, criteria key is set at company level with condition In.
If the policy is applicable for company level, just click at Value column and select your Company.
Select other Criteria or condition from the drop down if necessary.
Click the Value column to display all available selections based on criteria selected. Select the relevant value and click OK.
If you need more than one criteria, click Add Criteria and repeat the above step.
Click Preview button to check the rules.

Step 5: Preview

Finally, you can preview and check how the business card will looks like.

Please note that it might take longer to load the preview.

Click Save once done.
