Our Web Portal is designed to help you manage all your HR information in one easy-to-use platform. 

Enter your User ID and password, the same that you use to login to PeopleX mobile app.

DASHBOARD

After logging in, you will land on your dashboard, with the navigation menu on the left panel. The dashboard is the main page where you can view important announcement, upcoming birthdays, new joiners and calendar with indicators on leave (both your leave and your staff leave) and public holidays.

MENU

The menu is always on the left panel, you may click on << to minimize the menu bar, click on each of the menu to expand the sub menu and click again to collapse it.

The search bar at the top allows you to locate the menu easily. Just type the keywords of subject that you are looking and click on the relevant subject.

Your access level or view of the menu will depend on the role assigned. 

Example:

• Normal user can only view Dashboard + Employee Self Service 
• HR admin can have full access
