At Claim Management > Claim Request, HR admin can access a list of all claim requests and view their status. From there, HR admin can choose to approve or reject a claim request if necessary. This feature provides an efficient and centralized way for HR to manage employee claims, ensuring that they are processed promptly and accurately.
- PENDING
Admin can View, Approve or Reject a pending claim request.
- APPROVED
For claim that is approved, admin can only View, no other action can be done.
- REJECTED
For claim that is rejected, admin can only View, no other action can be done.
- WITHDRAWN
For claim that is withdrawn, admin can only View, no other action can be done.
On top of the above, HR admin can also click the Add Claim Request button to submit a claim request on behalf of their staff. This feature can be useful in cases where an employee is unable to submit their claim request themselves. The admin can enter the claim details as usual, including the claim type, amount, and supporting documents. Once submitted, the claim request will route to approver automatically according to the workflow . It will also appear in the list along with other requests, and the HR admin can track its status and take any necessary actions.
