To setup employee-specific workflow, follow these steps:
- Go to Employee Management > Employee Maintenance.
- Search for the employee you want to set up a workflow for and click Edit icon next to their profile.
- In the employee's profile, navigate to Additional Setting> Approver.
You can view both the Standard Workflow and the Override setup in the Approver setting.
Standard Workflow
To view the standard workflow based on the setup in workflow management, click on any workflow type/feature (e.g., Leave Application, Claim Request) to see its respective details. Alternatively, click on View Standard Workflow Setup to access the setup page directly.
Override
You can override and assign a different approval flow in the override setup.
- Click on the desired workflow type/feature, then click Add Approver to select the approver for that workflow. You can set different approval flows for different features.
- If you need more than one level of approval, click Add Approver and continue to select the ne xt level of approver.
- Repeat this process to add additional levels of approvers if needed.
- Once done click Update button to save the workflow settings.
