Once an image is captured by the PeopleX Attendance Kiosk, it will be matched against the Face ID.
If the image has a successful match, the employee will be automatically checked-in. If the image does not match, then they will be prompted to try again. Hence it is important to have a clear image saved as Face ID.
There's 2 ways to save the Face ID:
1. By the administrator
- Go to Employee Management > Employee Maintenance
- Select the Employee and click “Edit” icon

Go to Face ID. Click “+” to add up to 5 images.
- Click Update once done. Image can be deleted by clicking the “X” button at top right of the image
2. Employee Self Service

Employee can upload the Face ID via mobile app which will then route for approval according to the workflow set. Go to Profile > Face ID > “+ Add Image” > Submit
* Employee is not allow to upload image if previous submission is still pending approval.
- Upon submission, employee can click the view icon to check the status of the approval workflow.
- Employee can tap “Withdraw” to cancel the submission.
- Up to 5 images can be uploaded but the Face ID needs to be approved before employee can successfully check in via Attendance Kiosk mode.
