Go to Payroll Management > Setup. Expand the Menu for Setup.
Here is the where you can setup the drop down list for Payroll Info at Employee Management > Employee Management as per below.
ALLOWANCE
At Allowance, all the available selections will be listed here. If there's none or you need to create a new one, click Add Allowance.
Enter the Code and Name of the Allowance. Click Save once done.
BENEFIT IN KIND
At Benefit in Kind, all the available selections will be listed here. If there's none or you need to create a new one, click Add Benefit in Kind.
Enter the Code and Name. Click Save once done.
EPF CONTRIBUTION
At EPF Contribution, all the available selections will be listed here. If there's none or you need to create a new one, click Add EPF Contribution.
Enter the Rate. Click Save once done.
PAY TYPE
At Pay Type, all the available selections will be listed here. If there's none or you need to create a new one, click Add Pay Type.
Enter the Code and Name. Click Save once done.
BANK SETUP
In the Bank Setup section, you'll find a comprehensive list of all available selections. If you don't find what you're looking for or need to create a new one, click Add Bank Setup.
Enter the Bank Code, Bank Name & Branch details. Click Save once done.
