In PeopleX Web Portal, you can centralize and securely stores all employees information including payroll and oversee all important information at one single platform.
Navigate to Employee Management > Employee Maintenance > Edit Employee > Payroll
Salary
- To add an employee's salary information, click on the Salary tab.
- Under the Salary section, click on the Add Salary button.
- Enter the employee's salary details and click Add Salary. Click Update once done.
Statutory Info
- Proceed to the next section - Statutory Info.
- Enter the EPF No. in the designated field. If you need to capture the EPF rate and effective date, click on the Add EPF Rate button and enter the applicable information.
- Complete other statutory information.
- Click Update after you complete entered all relevant statutory information.
Bank Info
- Go to next section - Bank Info
- Enter the bank details and click Update once done.
Allowance
- Go to section - Allowance.
- Click Add Allowance.

Select the Allowance from the drop down list.

Enter the effective date - From Date and To Date, Amount and Pay Type.

Click Update once done.
Note: The list of allowances available at drop down list can be created at Payroll Management.
Benefit in Kind
- If you need to add a benefit in kind for an employee, go to section - Benefit in Kind
- Click on the Add Benefit in Kind button.

Select the Benefit in Kind from the drop down list.

Enter the effective date - From Date and To Date, Amount and Pay Type.

Click Update once done.
Note: The list of allowances available at drop down list can be created at Payroll Management.
Payslip
- If you need to retrieve an employee's payslip, go to section - Payslip.
- Click on the Download button to download a copy of the payslip if required
Note: Payslip feature is only available for our customer that subscribed to payroll services
