Overview of PeopleX Flexi Benefit

Flexi Benefit Setting

First of all, go to Flexi Benefit Management >Flexi Benefit Setting at PeopleX Web Portal to setup the allowable benefit category.

Flexi Benefit Package

After all allowable flexi benefit categories are created, go to Flexi Benefit Management > Flexi Benefit Package at PeopleX Web Portal to setup the flexi benefit package accordingly.

In this section, create a package and define the list of benefits option with maximum limit allocated.

PeopleX is flexible that you can have multiple package customized and tagged these entitlement to different group of employees according to branch, department, grade, or even by employee.

Flexi Benefit Request

HR admin can view all leaves request by status at Flexi Benefit Management > Flexi Benefit Request.

They can also Approve/ Reject a pending flexi benefit claim or Cancel an approved flexi benefit claim.

Flexi Benefit Claim Submission

Employee can submit a flexi benefit claim request via Mobile App or Web Portal, whichever convenient!
