Tip: Employees can create a batch of claims that falls under “APRIL” and save it as a draft. During the month of April, they can add in more claimable receipts and submit the whole batch right before the cut-off date. This is a convenience for the employees as they don’t have to submit claims one-by-one; while for approver approving claims will be quick and swift as it’s all done in one go!

Claim Setting
Setup of claim category can be done at Claim Management >Claim Setting at PeopleX Web Portal.
In this section, setup the claim category that is applicable. PeopleX is flexible that you can further customized and tagged the claim category to different group of employees according to branch, department, grade, or even by employee.

HR admin can view all claims request by status at Claim Management > Claim Request.
They can also Approve or Reject a pending claim.
