PeopleX Applicant Maintenance offers a unified view of all applicant information along with their application status. Access this feature by navigating to Applicant Tracking > Applicant Maintenance.
Viewing and Editing Applicant Profiles
To view or edit an applicant profile, select the desired applicant and click view for detailed information or edit to make necessary amendments such as correcting a wrong email. If needed, you have the option to deactivate or delete applicant profiles.
At the applicant profile, there's also a More Options button to: -
- Generate the application form again after the amendment made
- Export the application form to a PDF file for documentation purposes.
- Seamlessly convert a candidate or applicant into an employee once they have accepted the offer.

Applicant/Candidate Profile Creation
To initiate the creation of an applicant profile in PeopleX, click Add Applicant, you will be presented with two options:
1. Add Applicant manually
Choose this option to manually input the applicant's information, providing a seamless way to create a candidate profile within the system.
2. Invite Applicant to fill up the form
Opt for this option to invite the applicant to complete the required information themselves. Fill in the applicant's name, contact details, position applied, and email address.
PeopleX provides two convenient options, allowing you to choose the one that best suits your needs:
- Email to Applicant - Automated Email from PeopleX:
PeopleX will automatically send an email to the specified applicant, containing the application form for them to fill out.
- Generate Link
Alternatively, you can generate a unique link within PeopleX for the application form, and paste it into your email, providing a more personalized touch when inviting applicants to complete the application form.
