Refund Policy
We are confident that our solution will help your people thrive. To help you make an informed decision, we offer a 30-day free trial period during which you can try out our solution at no cost.
After the free trial period has ended, all purchases of PeopleX are final and non-refundable. This includes any subscription fees or one-time payments made for access to our services. We understand that circumstances may arise that may cause you to reconsider your purchase. However, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, technical issues, or changes in business needs or priorities.
Having said that, you may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing to the billing center before the end of your billing cycle to stop future charges.
- You may cancel or reduce the number of logins anytime before the next billing cycle/next month's invoice is generated.
- If you subscribed for 100 logins but only created 98 users, no refund will be provided.
- For any additional logins added, the monthly charges will be prorated to match the billing cycle.
We know that sometimes you might forget to cancel an account, if you forget to cancel your subscription and it is charged after the renewal date, you may still email us to cancel within 1 week or five business days and receive a full refund.
Please note that we will not entertain a request for refund when we have suspended or terminated your access to due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
