How to Reset Password by Employee? (Self Service)

1. Click 'Reset Password’ on the login screen to reset password.

2. Enter your user ID to receive a temporary password. PeopleX will generate a temporary password and send it to your registered email address. Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for the temporary password, use it to log in and create a new secure password immediately.

⚠ Important Notes:

• To prevent account being lock,  avoid too many failed login attempts (e.g., wrong password), always use the Password Reset method, if forget password. 
• If you often forget your password, we strongly recommend enabling biometric login for faster and hassle-free access.
