You can easily customize your notification settings within the PeopleX HR Tech app, ensuring that you receive notifications in a way that suits your preferences and needs.
To access the notification settings, open PeopleX HR Tech mobile app on your device and go to Setting > Notification. Within the Notification Settings, you will now see a list of notification options:
Reminder Settings - Staff Leave Reminder
PeopleX HR Tech automatically sends reminders two days in advance to help you keep track of employees who are on leave. With auto reminders, you can effectively ensure that appropriate arrangements are made during their absence.
You can customize the frequency and timing of the reminders to align with your preference. The Reminder Setting allows you to customize up to 3 in-app push notifications on your preferred timing based on your preferences.
Reminder Settings - Check-in / Check-Out Reminder
Automatic reminders for check-in and check-out ensure punctuality and seamless workforce coordination. Reminders can be set a few minutes before the start of work and after the end of the workday. You can customize the frequency and timing of the reminders to align with your preference.
With timely reminders, you gain the benefit of improved attendance tracking.
Push / Email Notification
PeopleX HR Tech automatically sends in-app push notifications and email notifications to your designated email address to keep you updated and informed about relevant information, task and activities.
By default, all notifications are turned on in PeopleX HR Tech. You can modify your notification preferences by switching the buttons or toggles based on your preferences and requirements.
